"A hyperlink faux pas on a new App Store listing for an iPhone game lists the now defunct Eidos as its publisher, with a link to a webpage that leaves Lara Croft dangling from an iPhone precipice."
'A closer inspection reveals 'Support' and 'Homepage' links (a requirement of all App Store listings) don't actually lead to the Championship Manager 2009 Express website. Instead, the page is immediately redirected to a Tomb Raider portal (test it out for yourself)."
"Earlier in the year Japanese games developer Square Enix helped the UK-based owner of the Tomb Raider license, Eidos, out of a financial black hole - buying up the company for ownership of Lady Croft's massively valuable franchise. Square Enix already dabbles in the shallow end of the App Store, so it was something of a surprise to see it making use of the Eidos brand in the new Champ Man listing, even if it's a company more closely associated with the sports sim."
